My Work
These are a few of the projects that I’ve led or contributed to. The most recent are first at the top left.
GEM
Hilton’s Guest Engagement Manager (GEM) web application is a comprehensive system used across its Customer Support organization. Development is on-going, but in the first 24 months of development it had already replaced eight legacy enterprise applications.
Hilton Customer Support
Hilton’s Customer Support site is the primary channel for guests to get assistance before calling a call center. It is intuitive and quickly gets the guest to the information they’re looking for or the appropriate channel for their needs.
Hilton API Portal
Hilton needed a single dynamic reference source for its growing API—a source that would provide the appropriate level of information to business leaders, product managers, UI designers and developers, and middle-tier developers. The site also had to cater to both internal and external users.
Hilton Management Services (HMS)
In addition to administering and promoting its broad portfolio of brands, Hilton offers a range of hotel operations management services – from managing all aspects of hotel operations to administering only specific areas such as food and beverage or financial operations.
Hilton All Suites – Bring It!
When Hilton launched the “Bring It!” campaign to promote its all suites brands, a new website was created. It highlighted the common features of these brands as well as each brand’s distinct value propositions.
Waldorf Astoria – Roosevelt
The Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt is an iconic New Orleans hotel. When its website was due for a design refresh, I led the Experience Design (XD) team that designed, developed, and implemented the new site structure and design.
